Need support

Decided to start Day one of a 40 day juice on Monday the 31st July.
I've done a 30day quite recently and have decided to do a forty day this time begining Monday. and then go onto Raws'. check out my site http://womanofdestiny.blogspot.com I've done it before...So I will begin to blog Monday.
I need some suport so anyone reading this I need some encouragement.
Gonna post some pics also.
