juice fast, weight loss, detox

Well, for the rest of the week and weekend I need to be at some very public events - meaning I won't be able to accommodate any wierd stuff like sudden & urgent needs for the restroom, loud gas noises from the belly, etc. So, for now I'm going to stick with the juice fast with no changes just so I don't upset my system right now... I just don't want anything unpredictable to happen. Then, on Monday, I'm going to take stock and see if I want to change course ... I may want to do a water fast for a couple or a few days, or to do that Hollywood juice for a couple days, or change my routine to up my protien. Still undecided.

I made 2 appointments for colon hydrotherapy next week, so I'm looking forward to that. The first one is Monday morning, then another on Thursday.
