Hi all! Well I am not doing to bad, but I am still having the bathroom issue, so if anyone has any ideas, I would appreciate them. My ulcer is better so, I am going to start the master cleanser tomorrow. I went yesterday and bought the stuff, I was just too afraid to buy the salt stuff, I've never tried that. Thanks to peanut, though, I am no longer afraid and now I know what to buy. I used psyllium husk pills in the past, but peanut pointed out that I would need to drink even MORE water with those, and I am not down for that, so I will be going to buy the salt today. I am hoping that will get stuff moving. I am also planning on going to get a colonic soon, maybe in the next few weeks. I am also scared to do those, as I have heard that if you are very toxic, the release could make you feel ill, so if anyone has any insight on those, the help would be appreciated!
Yesterday was my daughters 4th birthday. It was soo sad, I can't believe my baby is 4! We will be having her party on Saturday, and I am not too worried about cake or anything. I am however worried about the looks from my family, who have not seen me in a while. I've put on a LOT of weight in a short amount of time due to the antidepressants that I was on. They know I have always battled my weight, but a few years ago, I won the battle with the atkins diet and everyone was so proud. I tried to stay on it and yet I continued to slowly gain back the weight and that is when I started to get sick with the chronic fatigue, etc. Needless to say, I hate the atkins diet now, my family is notorious for pointing out the obvious, so hopefully they will put a sock in it this time!
Anyway, lots of love to my fellow fasters, you are in my prayers!!!
