Day 18 into 19 by peanut74 .....

Business as usual

Day 18 was much the same as usual. I worked 10 1/2 hours and used a power outage as an excuse to get out of there (my kids were home alone but would have been fine). Once home I made dinner for my daughters, played the game of Life with them, cleaned the house a bit, dealt with some family drama (extended family) and went to bed.

I ended up staying up too late (seems to be a problem lately) so was very tired this morning. In fact I didn't have time for my SWF and skipped the tea as well. Hopefully I won't pay for it later.

The weekend is in sight though so maybe (just maybe) I'll have some downtime to relax. My husband is big on making every weekend productive so I shouldn't get my hopes up too high. It's more likely that I'll be prepping the deck for paint or something. Perhaps I won't go to the Goodguys car show with him on Saturday to get some time to myself. Well, maybe I should go because my husband is working nights and I haven't had much time with him either. Decisions, decisions, sometimes there are no good answers.

Lately I've been thinking more about food, planning what will be in my veggy soup. Salivating over others' lunches. I've also been figuring out the timing of liver flushes, parasite cleanses, etc. Tomorrow I will be 2/3 of the way done!

Although weight loss is not a big deal on the MC, I'm surprised that I haven't been losing weight over the last week. In fact I weigh more now than I did at 10 days. It is a little disappointing since I'm stopping the fast just before my anniversary. My hubby can't see any difference in my body yet and the weight loss part is why he's supportive of my fasting. I shouldn't put so much pressure on myself for something as shallow as weight. Continuing my journey to a healthier body is what is important.

And the journey continues,
Peanut
