Hello.

So, Day 4 was eeeeasssy. More weird stuff coming out. I had a burning BM in the morning which apparently means bad toxins are leaving me. Didn't really get hungry. Becoming easier to resist yummy looking food. I did have a herbal tea at coffee bean which was good but I felt really tired afterwards. I sweetened it myself with some maple syrup, so i dunno wat that was about.

Day 5 was easyish too considering I was dreading it as I went to the english pub today with my friends and brother to watch england play sweeden in the world cup. The reason I was dreading it was because i would be surrounded by yummy english food and alcohol. BUT, I avoided it all and didnt even crave it much although everyone around me was eating. We even went to the english grocery store and I didn't buy a thing. (this is hard for me!) I just had fun watching the game and being with my friends with NO attachements to food. You realise on this fast how much of your "hunger" is fake and mostly to do with boredom, stress, social activites, etc. It's good practice to learn how to enjoy yourself without food and instead focusing on more fulfilling aspects of life.

Besides from that, I walked around a lot today so felt tired by the end of it all. I bought an iced herbal tea but when I tried it it tasted a bit fake so rather than risking it, i gave it to my brother.
Went to wild oats and was craving healthy food a bit. Its crazy that you can't even but healthy stuff let alone all the junk there is around you too. I was craving peaches yesterday. (very unlike me!)

Well I'm going to bed. I'm gonna make it thru the 10 days. I have a colon cleanse tomorrow. I tried to get it for Monday next week but too booked up for ages. Soooo, Im sure it will be ok anyway in the middle of my fast.

PS: Lost weight. dunno how much but my jeans are baggy. yipppeee. (I know I'll gain some back, but oh well!)
