My day two on the fast.

My allergies are acting up like CRAZY lately not to mention I had one of the worst headaches I've ever had in a long time yesterday. I felt a little hungry last night but it wasn't too bad and it didn't last long. Not too much action in the cleansing department to date. I'm going to do a pilates tape then hit the gym for cardio around 1300.
