I'm making a new blog guys for my addiction! Thank you all for the support during my first and second fast!

(I made it 4 days on my second fast and gave in to alcohol which made me eat food - still I'm down 24 lbs from when I started my first fast:)

I accomplished a lot during my blog on my first fast. I just wanted to do a 3 day fast when I started and it ended up being 24 days:) So now I am going to do something that will be very important to me. I am starting a new blog tonight (in a few minutes) to show my progress and get support for my alcohol addiction. I got so much support from everyone on my fast that I know a new blog about my addiction will help me a lot. I will be juice fasting a lot in the future and I am so glad I found out about it from reading everyone's blogs and posts. You guys helped me so much and I know that you will be doing the same through my jorney of remaining sober. Most people are going to tell me to just join AA but I have been there done that many times. I think AA sucks for my situation. I never found anything other than old 50+ people and I am 31. That doesn't make me satisfied much. I would leave AA meetings and go get drunk as hell after talking about all the stories and whatever. I would have been better off by not going to these meetings at all. That is my honest opinion too. I know it works for a lot of people and thank God it's there for them, its just not for me, at least not right now.

Anyways, thank you all for the support and I will juice a lot in the future. My first fast and I made it 24 days, so to everyone out there doing their first fast, just do it and I think you should tell me the same by saying just quit drinking. That is all it comes down too and the support is almost a must for most people. It helped me! I'll see you guys on my next fast which may have started tonight! The last thing I had was a big glass of veggies:) MMMMMMMMMMMMMM!
