Day 15 by Zoebess .....

going with the flow

Day 15 began with the departure of my company. We had fun, me drinking my salt water flush, he drinking chai. We had bought a Bodum Milk Frother on our shopping spree and he had gotten the idea that using it to mix up the chai would be a good experiment. He hit the chai with that gizmo and it was like chai on a sit-n-spin or whirl-n-spin...it went all over the place and we laughed ourselves silly.

My salt water flush hit while I was waving goodbye...and so I was glad to have some privacy again since the salt water flush can be noisy!!

The rest of the day was delightfully boring, making my lemonade, catching up on news online and surfing Curezone. I had some funny netflix movies to watch and
after doing my chores, I found my way to my Laz-e-girl and chuckled through an afternoon Master Cleanse and a movie!

This week I am watching:

Sometimes it is important to relax and give in to your body's cries for rest. It was something I did feel I needed and laughter too since they say it is good for the soul!

I caught the rays of the sun as they were dipping in the west. I laid out on our trampoline where I love to meditate and listen to the sounds of summer in the country.

Later, I went for a walk and visited with the neighbors. My friend's husband is a good cook and he sat and ate beans and cornbread in front of me, I think secretly trying to inspire me to eat, and described how he had cut up jalepenos, red peppers and onions and put them in the cornbread. I hung my head over his pot of beans and sucked in the smell. Yum yum~~~ He promised to cook me some after the fast. They also gave me another movie to watch.

We are expecting rain for the next 3 days and the satellite feed usually goes down so I appreciate having a backup source of entertainment. The way I was feeling yesterday I felt like I could just lay in my chair for a few days and be just fine.

Today though, the morning of my 16th day, I woke up feeling fine. I had drank a quart of Sleepytime Tea last night so slept like a baby.

I watered everything even though I am expecting rain. This summer, the rain will pour 30 minutes down the road, but we have not been fortunate enough to get any.
Today perhaps we will get lucky!!

The cleanse all in all is going great. I really have had no discomfort physically and emotionally I feel on a real even keel. Mentally, I am putting up hoops which I am jumping through to encourage thinking outside the box I live in.

I wish my fellow fasters a great day and encouragement to hang in there. I am still on track and the end is in sight. I can go the distance I have come easily and in another 2 weeks, I am hoping to feel like a winner and grateful I have done something really good for myself.
