I didn't think my last post would cause so many Curezoners to gather, but I'm glad it did. It's like bringing a community together. :)
This is just a personal update, by the by. No videos, no pictures .. no articles. Yes, just a blog update. I just feel like talking to myself through the means of pixels.
After I read that Strep throat preys on those with Magnesium Deficiency, I started downing green juices, Apple Cider Vinegar and Calm solution with ease. The Strep is rapidly clearing, .. and so are my stools, lol. I'm adding hemp seed for bulk, but it still comes out like water. :D At least I have movement again!
I feel very full. I think this is the most I've eaten in.. quite awhile. My roommate said I look like a concentration camp victim - I don't think so. Because of toxins I still have some fat on my tummy. Nothing green juice and lemon couldn't fix..
I feel full because I just made the best butternut squash soup ever. Bad girl, Papi, it's not raw ~ but at least it was homemade. I'd rather stick to raw, but I desired something hot, and after Lapis' suggestion of blending my foods [and actually having a blender], it feels SOOO much better on my intestines. Unless you eat too much.
But here's the recipe anyway :D I created this myself, so sorry if the measurements are off. I never measure how much of whatever I put in. This can be left raw, too, if you prefer.
2 Celery Stalks, washed and chopped
2 cups Butternut squash, peeled and diced
1/2 cup raw hempseed
2 dashes Cayenne pepper
1 leveled teaspoon cinnamon
A few dashes nutmeg
Salt to taste
Soften the celery and squash by covering with water in a pot and bringing the water to a boil, then turning the heat to 'low' and allowing to sit for 45 minutes. Allow to cool. Pour the contents in the pot into a blender and liquify.. then add hempseeds and spices. Blend again, and add more water to change consistency, if desired.
You know what to do. Toss all of that into a blender with 3 cups or so of water and have fun. Add water to change consistency, if desired.
I just read my friend's journal who commented that he has no idea what to do with his life, and that he wonders what his friends will accomplish. I thought about my life, and asked the same thing. I used to have dreams and aspirations, goals.. but now I feel like it's just a 'Run.. hide.. the NWO is coming. Make no plans, they'll never come!'
I'm going to empty the dishwasher now. Bye! :)
