Another day of lemons...

I made it through to round 3! Yay! This fast has been very easy for me so far. Maybe it's just the extra motivation to see and feel some results this time. The weather here is sunny and beautiful which inspires me to do some internal cleaning. I have a higher level of excitement in my life, more so than usual, which makes the fast a little easier this time. The wedding and honeymoon in Maui obviously are exciting. But also, I am getting my hair done this weekend, I ordered a tiara yesterday to make me feel like a princess on my wedding day, my veil and shoes should be coming in soon, we finally ordered my beautiful wedding band last night which should arrive this Friday. Just lots of little things to look forward to in the next few weeks. And dropping some last minute weight adds to the fun. I always try to tell myself not to obsess with the numbers... but sorry guys, can't help it!

So, I went to the gym last night and did 35 min of cardio. Actually pretty easy but when I came home after that my energy dropped dramatically. Slept very well again last night.

This morning I woke up early and went to the gym for some cardio and light arm weights. I had pretty good energy through my workout. I really noticed my skin is starting to glow today. I feel kinda sleepy today and like I would just love to lay on the beach and watch the people walk by and the summer waves caressing the sand.

I had a naughty thought which I retracted 5 minutes after I had it this morning. I was thinking... well.... I could break the fast for Sunday so I can have a nice lunch with my sister and brother after I get my hair done. But, I know how that goes... after I break the fast I will not get back on it or have the same kind of drive. So, I am just going to have to explain to them Sunday that I am gonna have to skip on the lunch. Gotta be strong. I really want to make it through the 10 days or even longer. But... first thing is first... make it to the 10 mark.
