2 more lbs gone.yeah!

got stuff to do today but am going to take it slowly.I lost 2 more lbs.My stomack

was grawling a sec ago.and I had to make bread for the family yeaterday wasn't easy passing that up.
I was so sick to my stomack last night that I usd that as a reason to eat two crackers.Now I feel guilty!I have the worst taste in my mouth. yuck!I'll add more to this later.
ok I sniched some sour cream off my husbands baked potatoe! Damn why do I do things like that? I have to get harder on myself.
