first of ten pieces of legislation drafted by the House

the Border Security Legislative Agenda (10 pieces of border
security legislation), and the necessary appropriations
funding for both the Secure Border initiative and for
the Border Patrol.

1. I hold the federal government responsible for the crimes
committed by illegal aliens coming into our country --
including the recent cop killing in Houston.

Agenda through the Homeland Security appropriations bill.
