tidbits of my life

Hey I had some spotting, wasn't red blood. It was brown and darkish looking. I'm adding One Love Womb Tea to my list. It's been eight months since my last gynae exam. Sometimes I spot and sometimes I don't. It depends on hard I workout and my emotions and also what I eat. For instance, the last few days were tough emotionally and I drank a little more coffee than usual. Last night I began to bonk out about five in the morn because I purposely didn't drink a lot of coffee and also because I didn't eat as much junk. I bought dried figs, oranges and rice cakes. I started getting really tired at about six thirty or so. A nurse gave me a choco chip cookie which I ate half and I coulddn't finish it. Too sweet. I threw half of it away and ate the parts that didn't have chips. If it was a peanut butter cookie, I probably would have eaten it.
I started taking MSM, Glucosamine, Chondroitin complex, vitamin e, biotin, and a great whole food women's multi. I feel great except that I'm going to cut down to one clove of garlic per day or chew some garlic only when I really need it,whatever. I woke up with no pain or ache in my legs or my feet. Boy I remember the days of working fifteen hour shifts at Bloomingdale's and other stores and my feet would ACHE. Not now. I worked out before I went to work. I told my husband that if I didn't work out, I'd never make it through one shift nevermind two.
Meantime...I bought a personal air purifier because I'm tired of the dust in my house and also the dry, polluted air at the nursing home. It's not readily apparent but there is a lot of airborne diseases, dust, dry air, etc. I'm happy to take things that give me the edge. Okay I'm off to go for a powerwalk and exercise outside. It's cold as H-E- double hockeysticks but oh well. It must be done.
