Oct 12-

Yesterday: 10 min rebounding, 20 minutes of bodyweight exercises 10,000steps on my pedo... I dunno I lost the button on my pedo. Someone sellsAvon at work and Avon has a nice little one but Walmart has betterquality and I don't care to wait for orders.

A wintermembership for the both of us will cost $360 that's for six months. It's $180 for one person. It's a sacrifice because my orientation justended. However, it's for my husband's mental health. I'll see what mycheck is for the next week. It's going to be big. I'm also going topray for full time at the nursing home or some other opportunities toopen up.

Today is chest, triceps and shoulders day. The rainstopped so I'm running outside to get my dumbbells. The hospitalthriftshop has a barbell small enough for the basement, small enough toroll underneath the couch plus a set of ten pound weights for fivedollars.

Oct 13- rebounding

Oct 14-rebounding 10 minutes and back/biceps workout

back

dumbbell row 15# 2x15
one arm 30# 2x10
stiff leg deadlift 15# 2x15
experimentalgood mornings- I used a broomstick to drap my arms over holding thedumbbells- it didn't work too well- I was able to do one set of 12reps- I'm going to get that barbell I saw at goowill this week.

Just remembered I have my medicine ball and football toner outside. Thefootball weighs about four-five pounds. My biceps are killing me but Iactually can SEE the muscles of my arms forming.

I am going tostart walking/running as soon as I get my pepperspray. I can run to thehorsefarm and back. I've always felt a little uneasy about running inmy new nabe. I'm sure people would think that's insane but this is thecountry where they can hide bodies biggrin.gifI used to live in a very working class area but it was pretty safedespite people's stereotypes about the people that lived there. Knowwhat I'm saying! Anyway, this area is virtually crime free but it's thedogs that concern me. Maybe I'll go for a run today maybe not.

Ilove love love rebounding in front of the television :-) or I'll playinspirational lectures while I bounce. I wish I had the money to buy acamera. I look different from my inital pics! I got so excited abouthaving ARMS. Plus my husband remarked that i definately look smallerand my butt looks a lot tighter. I notice that when I run, my assdoesn't crash into the pavement and leave a big crater either. Relief!

Oct 17-

It was hard for me to get going on this journey. Losing weight is avery emotional act. fortunately I like what I see in the mirror andseeing muscle is very motivational. I thought getting slimmer would beit for me but being thin and 'toned' never really interested me. That'snot the reality of my body type anyway. I read stories of people who'velost over 100 pounds and the things they went through. Makes me notwant to whine about my thirty pounds :-)

I've beenrebounding at least twenty minutes. Rebounding an hour before bed is atotal sleep tonic. Today I'll rebound at least fifteen minutes before Iwork my legs. Rebounding also tightens up the abs which is great. Iread a little truism about weight loss and that is 'first in, lastout'. It totally explains my bellyfat biggrin.gifI get a really good energising workout if I do it to music likeShakira, etc. One day I'll post my music list but for weight liftingit's usually high powered classical music.
