food plan/exercise plan by ren .....

Food plan:

healthy raw vegan breakfast-

Ren's mueselix-
oats-NOT instant one minute oats
sunflower seeds-fresh, no salt,no roast
fresh pears off the FIL's tree-diced up

I mixed these together and ate them.

Lunch- nectarines

Snack- a banana

dinner- big salad

snack- banana

If I'm still hungry, I'll be nipping on the pears, tomatoes, whatever else I can get from the garden. I am wondering what I will do for winter time when the plants die off.

My walk was so good yesterday, I want to do it again. I didn't take a shower last night so I'm feeling a little spartan and funky so instead of working out later, I'm going to workout in an hour. Today is chest and triceps. I'm working out my back tomorrow because I start my CNA job on monday. I don't want to have a sore back when I may have to turn people and lift people,etc.

I want to hit the chest and triceps (shoulders too!) hard today. Hence, I won't do what I did yesterday, that is walk 90 minutes before a heavy duty workout. I'll say that I don't feel sore today. I felt sore LAST night good grief *LOL*

I've started supplementing with an iron pill every day and liquid B12 under my tongue. I feel much better and less burdened. I had enough money to get what I wanted, the essentials like vitamin C and green tea extract for antioxidant power. Heavy exercise does have its drawbacks like creating oxidation so that's why I'm supplementing with the vitamin C and all the rest. I used to eat a cup of blueberries after my workout but the bushes are done for the season.
