I am taking these from memory. I had my measurements stored on my laptop but I busted the adapter. Woe is me, I'm getting micro$oft cooties to post this blog.
My ideal measurements should be:
chest: 39
waist: 27
hips: 33
bicep: 14 (I think mine are 12 right now)
forearm: 11
thigh: 20
calf: 13
neck: 14
I got this off a bodybuilding calculator. Not sure if it's for women or not. However, it's according to wrist size and plus they make sense. I have big legs and a big rear end and a broad back. I'd say that my legs and back are my best parts. I have a love-hate relationship with my azz but it is what it is. My cardio time on the elliptical trainer is spent mostly on the glute 2 setting for thirty minutes.
The last time I weighed myself, I was 157. That was earlier this week. I'm going to restrict myself to weighing in twice a month. We women have a way of getting VERY paranoid about NUMBERS. NUMBERS are not my focus. Getting to the heights of fitness and female musculature is,naturally of course.
