Day One Gone

New stats are:
Weight 186.6 (-2.6 lbs. gone)
Waist 43.3 (-1 inch gone)

Yesterday wasn't bad at all. I started my fast at midnight. Day one officially ended at 12:00 am this morning. It wasn't bad AT ALL. So far I've been one of the lucky ones to not go through all of the aches and pains. Right now I'm not really hungry but wanting food. Hmmm I hope that made sense. I don't know about anyone else but it feels great when you see changes right away. To know that I have shed a few pounds and lost an inch off of my waist is even more encouraging.
