Like eating raw foods, fasting keeps me close to the vibrational forces of the Earth. Every sense is magnified to the nth degree. I can feel every touch, every sound, every smell, way deep into my core. I crave for the Sun's energy in everything I do ---I long to feel how that next vegi juice will be reflected through my skin, my hair, my energy.

Last night I almost had a set-back. I made some vegan cinammon rolls from scratch for my young sun (my son) yesterday morning. While watching tel-lies-vision yesterday evening, I saw two women eating cookies and my goodness I wanted those rolls! Funny how tv sends subliminal messages to the senses. In actuality it's advertising even without the commercials. So, I turned the tv off, went to my room, and read a book.

This morning I woke up renewed and full of love and peaceful energy. I made my carrot/kale juice and I felt wonderful. I came up with some ideas to expand my business, called my business partner, and I got all geared-up to make some loot.

Now, I'm just paying attention to the magnetic energy around me...it's deep because I'm feeling the energy of people who aren't in my physical vacinity. Fasting is indeed wonderful
