really good veggie juice

I did see some results from the salt water flush. It was a full hour after drinking the concoction, but it finally did help me to clean my colon. It felt good to release those toxins. I don't think I am going to do a SWF every day, but maybe every other day? I don't know. If I feel pretty good that way, I think that's what I'll do.
I went to the mall and got juice at a fancy juice bar there. I had a fruit juice. It was okay. I like my own juice more. I didn't drink more than a third of it. I guess I've grown particular to doing my own flavor combos. Plus, I more often than not add at the very least carrot, cucumber, or spinach to my juice. Straight fruit was pretty sweet.
I came home craving veggies, and made a delecious juice that I enjoyed so much. It was tomato, spinach, cucumber, garlic, lime, and cayenne pepper. It was so delecious, like veggie soup. It really satisfied me. I feel very mellow now.
I need to pick up my kids from the bus stop, then will rest/relax this afternoon. I might do some light yoga, I don't know.
Oh - I had my mother in law re-take my measurements for me. I bought a matron of honor gown this winter purposefully too small to motivate me to lose weight. The wedding is only two months away. I wasn't sure where I was at vs where I need to be to fit the dress. Well the good news is that I'm only an inch or so away waist, and an inch and a half in the bust. I am sure that I can lose that in two months. I feel very happy that I'm getting closer.
My plan for the rest of the day is pretty easy going. I will probably do a fruit/veggie blend juice for my last juice today. I have already had a good deal of water today, but will have another 64 oz this afternoon, with lemon, to flush me out.
