my history, of how and why my health problems started.

it all started two years three years ago...rounds and rounds of antibiotics on an empty stomach taken down with ginger ale and crackers combined with some emotional traumas..and so began my own personal hellish journey of illness...since then i can not digest food..countless urine infections, prostasis, yeast infections, colds, hair thinning, feeling tired, joint pain, brain fog, swollen lymph nodes....combined with a binge eating disorder....and so after countless times of fasting, candida diets...here i am ...going to stick it out until the end..because enough is enough!
