Day 3 Morning by #33813 .....

Not my normal sleep schedule 171.5

Date:   3/29/2006 10:00:43 AM ( 18 y ago)

Morning weigh in 171.5, so down another pound and a half from yesterday. FYI, Even though I am weighing in every morning, that is not my normal routine. Even when slimming I only weigh once a week at most, stick with measurements. I am more interested in how much water is flushing through me, which I think is what gets reflected on the scale unless one really does a long, extended fast.

Went home last night, cleaned the kitchen, put my kaolin masque on, ran a hot saline bath and soaked myself for 30 minutes. My hands are really dry today, even with good cream on them. And my fingernails have grown visibly since I hacked them back on Monday.

Late yesterday afternoon/evening I lost count of how many times I needed to run for the toilet. Guess the dieters tea caught up with me finally. Didn't go to yoga last night, too scared to get away from the loo.

Tried reading a little last night (I am a word junkie)and just couldn't seem to focus on the pages, so I finally put the book down and watched NCIS and food network for a bit. Prayed for a while. Went to sleep at 9pm, then woke up at 3:15am and slept fitfully again until time to get up. Noticed my neck is really stiff this morning, and my temples were a little painful, but I did some accupressure on my temples, cranial sinuses and everything feels better except the neck muscles.
It is a lovely grey rainy day here, and I so wanted to have a lie in. Came to work without making my tonic, so I am sticking with water this morning, probably run home later and whip up a nalgene full. Lit some aromatherapy candles in my office, so at least it feels peaceful. Caught up on my bible reading (chronological, daily emails for a year are my usual routine). No BMs at all yet today. Nada.

Had a tick in my left eye for a couple of hours. Haven't had that in years. I used to get that a) if I drank a coke. one. coke is bad. b) super dehydrated. Drinking up.

Trying to get the dieters tea down my throat. Sometimes the slippery effect doesn't sit well with me, so I try to wait until it cools then gulp it down. Ordinarily I despise mint tea, but the mint dieters tea tastes the least offensive to me. Weird. Think I may try the salt flush after yoga this afternoon. I dread the flushes, but with yoga help they do move through better than just drinking the sea water.

Afternoon addendum: My intestines are no longer my friend. I have had several panic laden bouts of liquid BM - yellowy green. With lots of urgency. Twice I have barely made it from my desk to the toilet. I have had about a gallon of water in the last 5 hours. YIKES!
