Crazy about Amaretto!

Okay, this is something I concocted the other day. It is VERY delicious. I eat it for breakfast. It is not proper food combining, as far as natural hygiene goes. But it does have a lot of minerals and different types of fat. Plus, the cinnamon and the fat will help keep the blood sugar from spiking. I am crazy about amaretto, so I think it tastes FANTASTIC!!!

Recipe:
1/2 cup water
3-4 oz. coconut cream (coconut milk) (100 ml.)
2 brazil nuts
5 almonds
3 or 4 walnuts
1 tablespoon flaxseeds
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 1/2 or 2 frozen ripe bananas (broken into small chunks)
1 tablespoon sorghum molasses
1 tablespoon lecithin (approximately)
2 tablespoons amaretto liqueur

Instructions:
Put first 7 ingredients in blender along with 2 small chunks of banana. Begin blending. Add the rest of the banana chunks, the molasses and the lecithin. Add the amaretto and then after a few seconds, turn off blender. (The molasses, lecithin and amaretto will stay in the bottom of the blender if you don't add them while the blender is on). Serve and enjoy!
