Whatssssssssssss uppppppppppppppp fellow health seekers?

Had a great day yesterday(Day Eighty Six). Spent all day building the vanity for the remodeled master bathroom.

Birch plywood rocks. You couldn't have bought a nicer vanity than the one I made. God has truly blessed my hands when it comes to building. I feel very honored to be able to do what I do. I can't thank Him enough for all he has done for me in my life.

May your light shine forth like the noon day sun.

So after working all day on the vanity I did my stretching, pranayamic breathing for fifty minutes, 5000 bounces on the lympholine, 1000 a-b punches, 40 push ups, and 500 jumps with the jumprope. I have added the jumprope to my Sunday, Tuesday, and Thursday cardio workouts. By the end of a months time I should be up to 1000-2000 jumpropes a session. My goal is to be able to go for thirty minutes non-stop when I am done, which will be about 3000-4000 jumps a session. It wil be awhile before I get to that point,lol.

Juiced and drank my oranges, took my olive leaf capsules, drank my oil of oregano in water, two cups of bf&c tea, one cup of apple cider vinegar and maple syrup mixture, a few live almonds, and a 1/4 of organic watermelon juiced in my juicer. That was a taste treat, let me tell ya. My taste buds are on fire today.

I must hit Home Depot today to get the materials so I can make the vanity doors and then all I have to do is varathane it, do all the plumbing and caulking, and walla, new bathroom vanity. Then all I gotta do is trim everything out and thats it. Sure makes it cheap to do a remodel when all you have to buy is supplies.

I also have to find a place to get two posters I got of Bruce Lee laminated so I can hang them up without damaging them. You wouldn't believe how hard it was to find two great pictures of Bruce in poster format. Only cost me twenty five bucks too. All the other ones I found were old movie posters going for over two hundred smackers. Some people must be insane, I tell ya,lol.

Gotta get my self to bed, you all have a great weekend, I will post again next week. I have a huge pile of alder trees a lady friend of my wifes gave us so I will be working on that Sunday, Monday,and Tuesday of next week.

Maybe I should change my moniker to "Firewood Man",LOL.
