Feeling No Where Close To Blue!!!!

Hello All,

Another wonderful day. Everything going good on the northwestern front.

Spent most of the day texturing in the master bathroom. It is really turning out nice. Tomorrow I will be painting it. Picked up a new lightbar at Home Depot today when I went to get some more texture. Thats store is the big boy toy store,lol.

Juiced and drank my oranges. Took my olive leaf and bf&c capsules. Drank my three drops of oregano oil in water. Took my dewormer this morning and will take it again tonight before my plant fats 4 life. Took my No Crash today, that stuff taste good to suck on while working, it is a slow release thing,lol. Can't wait until my next batch of Longevity Spice 4 Life formula comes, I love that stuff. It gives you that extra zip in your day that your looking for.

When I got done cleaning up after dinner, I did some stretching, 4,800 jumps on the trampoline, 1000 a-b punches, 20 reg push ups, 20 tricep push ups, and 20 wide grip push ups. A good hours worth of exercise after a long day of work.

Not bad for someone fasting on orange juice, eh?
