Mr. Clean!!

Not much new to post about today.

As they say, different day, same stuff,lol.

Juiced and drank my oj. Had my bf&c tea. Took my olive leaf, ginger, uva ursi, and bf&c capsules. Had my three drops of oregano oil in water. Had a glass of my 4 herb tea as well.

Also treated myself today and had a master cleanse drink with twice the amount of cayenne pepper. I love that stuff.

Been doing laundry and household chores today. It has been freakish weather today. It poured on and off most of the day. I went outside and did my chores in between the rain. Worked out in the garden doing some weeding, was very enjoyable. I can't wait till spring truly arrives. I miss being outside all day long working under the hot sun.

Did some push ups and now I am going to go do some stretching. I hope everyone has a great weekend. Keep the faith,
