Still Going Strong

Half the path has been walked, and its all downhill from here. Twenty more to go.

Had a great day yesterday and today. I have been spending all my time cleaning out that storage bay that was full of dump stuff from previous tenants and me.

Took three huge truck loads to the dump today. Broke my piggy bank,lol. Now all I have left is recycled materials to dispose of. I have one whole load of scrap metals and a partial load of glass and plastics. I can't believe how much junk these people left.

Had high energy all day until this evening when I pooped out. I just finally got to sit down at ten minutes to eight. It was a very productive day.

Juiced and drank my oj. Drank my 4 herb tea and two cups of sorghum tea. Took my bf&c , ginger, uva ursi, and olive leaf capsules. Drank my three drops of oregano oil in water. Made a fresh batch of bf&c tea tonight after I made the family dinner, and I just had a hot cup of that. My sore joints will love that. I also cut up and juiced an organic pineapple today and drank some of that mixed in with my orange juice. Mmmmmmmmm, was that good. I also finished off my little bottle of spice 4 life. Now I need to save up and buy a gallon. I love that stuff, tastes so good.

I forgot to post yesterday, I was so busy. I did the normal things. The only difference is that I did my maintenance dose of the parasite cleanse. That stuff taste putrid,lol. I gave my wife a little taste and she just about puked,lol. I am so mean.
