Another day, another orange,lol.

Or should I say, as the orange juices.

What a beautiful sunny day today, makes me long for spring.

Worked outside most of the day clearing out some storage bays so I can do a big ass dump run this week. Actually more like a couple dump runs this week. I inherited a lot of junk when I bought this property,lol.

Juiced my oranges, drank my herbal teas, took my capsules and had some sorghum tea. Drank my three drops of oregano oil in water. I was out of black walnut tincture yesterday so I bought some this evening when I went shopping and did my parasite maintenance cleanse today instead of my usual Sunday routine.

Spent an hour and fifteen minutes blasting my biceps, triceps, and forearms today. I could barely move my arms when I was done, but it was awesome. I love the pump,lol.
I also noticed I was able to increase my sets today. Usually I do three sets of each exercise, today I did four sets of each exercise. I should be feeling it tomorrow,lol.

Went and got another box of the wonderful organic navel oranges today. Price was $25.00 clams. Not bad for a weeks worth of eating if I do say so myself.

My buddy finished his thirty day fast today. He didn't do the orange juice fast and he by all means didn't stick with just his lemon juice and maple syrup but I commend him for doing what he did. He did have a lot of soups and broths and he sucked on little candies to help him through and he cheated a few times but so what, he stuck it out and made it. He dropped thirty pounds in thirty days and his goal was weightloss, so he did what he set out to do. I hope he doesn't blow it though, because his first meal tonight was mexican food as Azteca. I have tried to warn him about binging on food but he won't listen. Time will tell.
