And feeling great.

How you all doing today?

Stayed up way late last night reading and slept in this morning. Boy did that feel good.

I have been sleeping so deep, I wake up feeling kinda stoned. This fast is a blast.

Simmered my new batch of bf&c tea today and then drank a fresh cup. It is amazing how your taste can change in such a short time. I didn't use to like this tea and now my body craves it. I used to sweeten it with honey and now I don't.

That Jack La Lanne juicer was well worth the $100.00 bucks I spent on it. It has been used everyday since January 1st and works like a workhorse.

I did my normal routine today. Juiced the new oranges I got last night, man are they even more flavorful than the ones I had been getting. Guess I bitched to soon about the price difference,lol.

Made up a fresh batch of parlsey tea today to go along with my kidney cleanse tea. Drank a cup of both. Took my ginger, uva ursi, and olive leaf capsules. Drank my three drops of oregano oil and water.

Spent some time cutting firewood, did alot of stretching, 1000 a-b punches, and some push-ups. My upper body is still sore from Mondays workout, but it tells me I am growing and for some reason I love that type of pain. I must be a masochist,lol.

Thirty two more days to go. Time sure flies when your having fun.
