Day seven and I'm in heaven.

Well, not really, but it must feel a bit like this.

Great energy, although I am a little sore from yesterdays workout. It is a good pain though,lol.

I just made up a new batch of bf&c because I drank the rest of the last batch this morning. I also just got back from the store with a new box of organic navel oranges. I was paying $16.00 a box and now they have gone up to $25.00. I dislike it when they switch suppliers,lol. I can't wait for the day I move and live somewhere tropical so I can grow my own oranges, bananas, pineapples, coconuts, etc. That is my dream, and one day I shall live it, God willing.

So I juiced my oranges, drank my kidney cleanse tea and finished off my bf&c tea. Took my three drops of oregano oil and water. Took my ginger, uva ursi, and olive leaf capsules. Same thing, different day. All is good.

I have felt really clear of mind today, very zenish type of day for me today. Felt like I was walking on air or something, words don't really do it justice.

I met a friend at the Central Market today and helped her gather together what she needs so she can start the parasite cleanse. I mentioned she should do some other things first but this is where she wanted to start. I haven't seen her in over a year and out of the blue she calls and wants help, so being who I am, I did.

You reap what you sow, and I truly believe that. So I try and live it in my life. I feel if your going to talk the talk, then you better walk the walk.

Hope everyone is doing well, I will post again tomorrow, whether you like it or not,lol.
