Can you say deja vu?

I don't know where today went, but it is gone.

I woke early, juiced my oranges, drank my teas, took my capsules, drank my oregano oil and water and ate my sorghum molasses. I hang with my Dad twice a month and we go grocery shopping together and sometimes hit Costco and a Home Depot etc. We usually are gone for about four hours. I like him to go grocery shopping with me in the hope that he will try and eat much better. My Mom does way better than him, he can't seem to give up his processed pastries,cakes,donuts,etc. You could say he's a work in progress,lol.

So when I got home I took care of my chickens and rabbits. I then did some stretching and hit the weights for an hour and a half. Today was shoulder, back, and chest day. It was a great workout. We had a nasty wind storm today so the power has been out all day. It really makes a person sit back and reflect on what we take for granted in this day and age. Imagine being without power forever. Quite a sobering thought.

So once again, another marvelous day of OJ fasting. Onward and upward I go,
