Kicking butt and taking names

Moving right along with the orange juice fast.

Had a really great day today. Cut a bunch of wood with the chainsaw and dropped another tree. Then I did a bunch of stacking. Only complaint I have is a sore spot I get in my left sacrum area from running the chainsaw for so long. Another litte wonderful reminder of my near death motorcycle wreck. As they say, what doesn't kill you makes you stronger.

I still am trying to find out who "they" are,lol.

Did 2400 jumps on my trampoline and then did four sets of leg extensions, four sets of leg curls. Also did four sets of one legged calf raises followed by four sets of double legged calf raises. My legs are now gorged with blood. Feels great.

I lifted more today that usual and I chock that up to the great energy from fasting.

Juiced my oranges, drank my kidney cleanse and bf&c teas, took my olive leaf, ginger, and uva ursi caps. Took one tablespoon of the sorghum molasses and one tablespoon of organic virgin coconut oil. I just took my black walnut tincture and wormwood tincture and my second dose of clove capsules. That is for my maintenance dose of the parasite cleanse. I do that every Sunday and I shall follow that protocol until death. I took three drops of the pure wild oregano oil in an 8 oz glass of water and drank it down. I also took my psyllium husk today as well. I will discontinue that when I have used up the bag I have. I also had a half a cup of the coconut kefir that I make. It replenishes the good bacteria in your intestinal tract.

Feeling a little spaced after drinking the tinctures. I think it is because of the alcohol. I notice this more intensely when fasting because of the empty stomach. I gave up the booze over thirteen years ago so alcohol really affects my system. You could say I'm a light weight,lol. I will have to try MH's dewormer sometime and see how that makes me feel.

Other than that, another blessed day of life. I look forward to hearing how everyone else's fasting experience is going.
