Did liver flush before false start

Just realized my last post didn't make it on the blog. Here it is from my offline journal...

"Instead of going straight into the MC, I decided to do a quick liver flush. So, I drank lots of apple juice and ate a few apples the last two days. I had salad w/avocado the first night, and last night did the liver flush. I stuck to the plan and the first trips to the bathroom started about an hour before I took the olive oil/grapefruit juice mixture. I went to bed as planned and awoke feeling OK in the am. Took my last two epsom salt doses two hours apart, etc. Unfortunately, I only got about 30-40 stones total, and little chaff. Much less productive than my last liver flush, but maybe it was too soon. I know one of these times, I'll hit the jackpot and get a HUGE cleansing!

I am a little disappointed with the flush, and am feeling some severe PMS, but I think I'll be able to stick with it."

That was the missing post. Unfortunately, I did not "stick with it". But I'm back on track now, and I'll do fine this time.
