Day 13 Still goin', by vegandanzer .....

MC, Essene Bread

Date:   2/25/2006 5:19:24 PM ( 18 y ago)

Gosh, my lemons won't go away! Still on that, did an enema, quick one, this morning. I just can't get things moving with the senna tea nor the sea salts. So this is the way I have to go. I just do it every other day b/c I am afraid of my bowels getting 'addicted', plus I have an *h* factor to contend with that I recieved so lovingly from childbirth ;). Had rejuvelac with some probiotics and kamut. So am trying to transition over to my next step.

Back to my essene bread that from sprouts I had been sprouting this week. It is smells soooo good! This time I used the following:

3 cups sprouted wheat
3/4 cup rye
2 small onions
couple squirts of braggs
dash of seasalt
*new ingredient* 2 teaspoons of agave nectar.

I think that brought out a little more the of the rye flavor and sweetened the onion flavor. I think this is going to be ready sometime around noon tomorrow after I flip it later tonite. Let's see, I spread it a little less than 1/4 in. thick and dehydrated it at about 100 degrees. My house smells soooo good! This is for my husband. I will confess that I did have the tiniest of tastes. (I think next time I will add a little tomato next time.) But I did chew it for like a minute until it was liquified. ...*which is one of the things I need to work on. I am a bad chewer...*

Have been dry brushing before hitting the steam room this week. I have been loving it, I am trying to incorporate it on and off for years. Maybe it will stick this time.

Blessings and Love -

V.
