Day 60 of the 90+ day Juice Fast.

Well, day 60 here. Not much to report.
Still eliminating about a cup worth of whatever-you-wannna-call-it, each day.
Yesterday I started to experience a little detox in the head (or spinal area), I believe. Something similar to what I had experienced at the beginning of this fast. Slight pressure in the neck and I felt a little "out-there". Slowly it started to go away and this morning I awoke feeling great. I've heard that our spine tends to hold a lot of toxins...
I'm definetely at the point where I'm sick of juices. Yep, I've just about had it with my juice selection and frankly, just for taste purposes, I could devour (mentally) an entire 12 ounce prime rib right about now. lol :) Which is another way I know I'm not ready to come off this fast. Coming off a fast this long is like waking a sleeping giant, and with the mindset I'm in, I'd best be waiting.
My energy is still up there. I sleep absolutely wonderfully and I'm loving the weightloss. Oh, and for those curious about what I'm doing, here's a summary:
Juices: Carrot, apple, grape, pineapple, nectarine, kiwi, pear, watermellon, lemon and an ounce or two of wheatgrass everyday.
Elimination: Daily enemas (yuck) for three days, forth day lax tea, start over again.
Drybrushing: 10 minutes everyday.
Herbal teas: Whenever I feel like having some.
Water: A LOT
Exercise: Billy Blank's Boot Camp, walks, slow jog on treadmill or outside...
Also add some aloe vera juice to my drinks every once in a while.
