Day two of my fasting expereince.

Ok, its about 2:00 in tha afternoon on day 2 of my fast. All is well, food is not a concern to me.

I notice the bloat in my stomach has gone down, and now i can really just see all the fat. Gross. I plan on weighing myself on Friday, which will be Day 6. And then every 3 days after that.
