Day 4: Walnuts are So Tempting by #53495 .....

Fats are incredibly hard to avoid on a long term basis

I have such a love-hate relationship with nuts. I adore them, yet I know I have to abstain from them for atleast three days prior to flushing, because I can't stand too much ES. So hard to avoid ALL FATS.. not to mention, I was trying to still aloe vera juice fast. Silly walnuts.. why do I lust for you when I wake up in the middle of the night? I think I'll just start taping the actual containers of food closed, since it'll wierd out my roomie to tape the fridge closed again.

So I ate walnuts at 5am this morning, and then I got through the rest of the day on a glass of aloe vera juice, and I'm drinking some senna tea as I have not had a BM since I started this madness. My stomach flattened out considerably, as this is the longest I've abstained from any kind of carb type food or dairy, as my vice is usually oatmeal and pepper jack cheese is my lactose weakness. If I can make the switch entirely off of both for long enough, perhaps I can reinstate oatmeal(not cheese unless I get rich enough to go get raw goat cheese). I should of done this the first time I tried to switch to raw. However, I'll still cook certain veggies, as I think cooked veggies aren't nearly as toxic as cooked proteins such as beef and chicken. I'm looking forward to making veggie pizza. Mm. And nuts after my liver flush. ;_; I miss eating walnuts and pecans and almonds.
