trying again...i really feel like this is something i have to do to prove to myself i can do it but once again i really dont want to do it! so frustrating i wish i could get back all that motivation i had last year..well really up until a month ago i was still really motivated to look after myself. i have felt things slip lately and want to resurrect my power over food. starting to exercise again after 4 months off due to knee surgery so im hoping this will help with my motivation. weight is at 140 today.
