my 30 day fast.

Well its day 6 today and Im going strong? I feel pretty darn good! I dont feel physically hungry but every time i smell something good cooking i have to have a little chat with myself. im also dreaming about eating which is an odd thing for me! Im drinking 3 - 4 litres of water everyday but for some reason my skin has completely dried out and my lips are severely chapped. I never get chapped lips so i figure it must be related to this fast. Anybody have any thoughts about that? Anyway enough for today. Ill be back soon!
