Weigh In by annaconda .....

lost some inches & future plans

Date:   3/18/2006 10:25:48 AM ( 18 y ago)

Lost 3 more pounds, down to 191 since 3/3.

lost 2 inches on waist
lost 2 inches on hips
and lost 1.5 inches on thigh
since February.

Not bad. I worked out a bit last night, enjoyed some salad and raw fruits & veggies.

Also have had crackers and cheese, and some wine. Awesome - it's the weekend. Today I have to go help out at the HOME SHOW for the radio station. I think I have to spin a prize wheel. Hilarious.

Great news on the wedding front - my fiance is a layout genius and is great with formatting and has already designed the invitations - I just sent him a cool pic we're going to use. I got him a nice bottle of whiskey to thank him for being a good sport while I fasted this week. It's not the healthiest present, I know, but he's kind of given up having liquor around the house, as I'm trying to cut out calories everywhere.

Needless to say he had a very small amount and is in bed with a hangover.

The measurements are good. Good improvement. I think next week I'm going to try to eat small meals, containing as much fresh, raw fruits & veggies as possible, and see how I feel. I don't think I can exercise as hard as I'd like to when I'm fasting. It may make me a little more miserable than I need to be :)

So we'll see. I am going to have the house to myself for a weekend in 2 weeks, and I think I'll do a water fast and do yoga and read in bed. That sounds like heaven to me. No destractions, just rest and quiet. There are so many weekend wedding activities coming up that I'd like som quiet.

Other than that I'm going to see what my weight does at my weigh in the first week of April. I might gain a little back, because I was fasting, but I didn't really lose much on the low end if you know what I mean, and I only fasted for 4 days. I think I can keep that weight off and keep losing, keep up my good progress, with limited calories spread throughout the day with small meals.

The other added benefit of going back to food is the weather is getting to the point where I'm going to add a walk to the coop for lunch to my daily routine. it's a really quick car trip, but I imagine it will be about a mile walk or so. I'll have to drive it to check on the odometer so I know how much walking I'll be adding to my exercise.

It's all about calories in as opposed to calories out. calories in vs. calories out.
