Plugged up by annaconda .....

could one weekend do that much damage?

Damn. I'm plugged up. I miss my weekly colonics, as unpleasant as they are. I haven't had a good one since the weekend's eating, and I'm feeling horrible.

I got some bowel cleaner stuff at the health food store. It's like a fiber drink - mix it up and gag it down. I'm hoping to see some results. Looks like it's nothing but raw & rough for me for a few days. Man. Eat bad for like 2 days and you really pay for it.

I managed to burn 550 calories last night at the gym BEFORE starting weight lifting. I really wanted to get going. I'm going back today.

Eating-wise, I'm trying to get back to where I was. It took me a few weeks to really drop the calorie count down, and I can really tell I need a transition period to get back there. Yesterday I had wendy's for lunch, because I wanted to.

Last night, I made some carrot and beet green and lemon juice, which was pretty good. I also had some artisan bread with turkey and muenster cheese, which I ate too much of.

Today I went to the health food store and got my fiber (colon blow, hopefully) and some more stuff for juicing - cukes, cabbage, ginger, more carrots and some cilantro and kale. I LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE cilantro. That sounds like some yummy juice to me. I like the idea of juicing for dinner, I just have to chill and let myself enjoy the juice and not get worked up about having "DINNER."

Today I had a little tuscan bread in light strawberry cream cheese and iced coffee for breakfast (like I said, transition back), a great spinach salad from the coop for lunch (spinach, onions, little oranges, fakin bacon, no dressing) and a 100 calorie yogurt.

I also had a glass of the bowel cleansing fiber drink. Yuck. I did that before I ate, so it could start working immediately. Here's hoping.
