failure, chocolate, binge, tomorrow, fast, healthy

i've found that normally skipping eating every other day has been fine and not the least bit problematic however today i found it the opposite and decided to gorge in chocolates and puddings. am very upset. will have to start again tomorrow and extend the fast until friday instead :(
