Make global warming deniers pay later on, register now.

How about all those who continue to deny global warming is real and the "tipping point" of it is fossil fuels emissions be registered as "global warming deniers" if they want to comment publicly, or even just to have their opinions recorded for posterity. This may offend some Free Speach concerns, but it is just one issue...

With them registered, we can identify those who stalled the process that so many of us are passionate about - reducing fossil fuel emissions. Then, at about the date 2012, when we see the reality of global warming climate changes [as if we don't see it now], we can levy fines for funding remediation work, and survival costs for the poorer people most threatened by global warming.

The fines would equal all they have, everthing they own. To help them survive, we could give them welfare.

Its just a way of putting your money where your mouth is. Currently, the fossil fuels industries only want to delay the reductions in emission, and the use of alternative energy, as long as possible. They are probably laughing all the way to the bank now, never dreaming it would last this long without people demanding, and getting, reduced emissions and the common use of alternative energy sources. And a big bonus - $70/bbl oil prices - is keeping their laughter strong.

It is this delay [1990 to 2012] in implementing reductions that will be the worst of the climate change and extreme weather, rising ocean levels etc. - for example, if we made emissions reductions in 1990 it would mean severe weather, but not doing it until 2020 will mean extreme weather. Therefore, any resistance to emissions reductions is directly associated with the severity of climate change. Words are going to be a big factor in the earth's future.

I think that any profits made during this time period that are made from fossil fuels production are obscene. And yet we are seeing THE LARGEST CORPORATE PROFITS IN ALL HISTORY being slurpped in by Exxon and other oil giants. They have been funding those "fake science" organistations, some that that they created themselves, to deny global warming.

A little bit of risk attached to denying global warming, or fossil fuels role in it, would be appropriate. Some may see the idea of taking ALL they have as going too far, but it would be so great to have them show us how to live well at welfare rates. Start over, show how your merit will allow you to regain your wealth, or part of it. They were the masters of the universe, they will be okay.

We will lose jobs and so on too when the corporation goes down. Thats okay, you chose to work there... individuals working in the evil industries are included in the penalties for denying global warming, but they will not need to be registered.

I know it is clearly a free speach violation to make them register as having an opinion, but it is the "prevailing opinion" in corpotae circles and maybe in the public, and many of them actually believe it. This is a threat to the entire planet, not just the human race. We stand to lose more than ourselves, Earth is supporting the only life we know of in the universe, and what if it is the only living thing anywhere in all time? Pity to let it go for free speach violations...

Gee, now I wonder if I could propose something similiar for the religious apocalyptics and 2nd coming/great cleansing opinions too...
