"Loyal to Oil" vs. "Not Loyal to Oil"
People of the world get divided into two sides, "us and them" in some form or another. Generally, this leads to conflict.... it is often a pre-arranged way to create conflict too.
Even so, risking the conflict, I still want to try one more way of dividing people into two groups, and in doing so I hope we will find that we ARE allready on one side, with only a few exceptions, just some Elites in a minority. This has been the problem all along - we never put "us and them" tags on Elites.
So the problem is the way we are divided...
Maybe the right division would mean no war is needed, and thats the best possible outcome.
Dividing us into two groups one is "Loyal to Oil" and the other is "Not Loyal to Oil" just might be the way to go.
Loyal to Oil group includes everyone who works for oil companies or the related industries; it includes all government members who take oil money to get elected or who must cow-tow to oil corporations to get along in government duties; it includes all citizens who believe America's global economic domination is a good thing and only by continuing to have fossil fuels as the primary energy source will it continue this way ; all the people who simply don't care to make changes ; all the people who prefer to use gasoline in their cars for whatever reasons.
The Not Loyal to Oil is smaller group - those who would like to use anything but fossil fuels - for transportation, heating and cooling, electricity production, wherever. They would have electric cars charged up overnight with solar panels or other generators, and they will heat and cool their homes with geothermal, they will push a lawnmower and they will demand that fleet vehicles use smarter fuels and they will only fly when absolutely necessary, about 5 times per lifetime on average.
The basic divide is now laid out.
Will the two sides have to come to blows , or will they find common ground?
- not likely, for oilmen cannot abide by having to do with less of the market share..... Unless the oilmen begin to shift energy investments to alternatives so they can stay in the energy game[good for them good for the nation]
This division is going to be destructive , like all divisions, but at least it is a divide that will get us somewhere, and it helps define who the bad guys are by seeing which side has the best for everyone and the loyals have only whats best for the oil corporations, amongst other morality issues like corruption and domination, vioilence, invasions of soveriegn nations, and pollution. {wow, they are nasty!]
K
note - I will edit and add a 2nd part, there is much I missed, darn fatigue is setting in allready. Stay tuned, I think I am onto something
BTW - which side would you be on?
