If you haven't made peace with herpes in your heart and head then you have been unwilling to lay the foundation for overcoming herpes.

It has been said by others that there are no incurable diseases, only incurable people.
If you are struggling with persistent herpes symptoms- how much are you beng an obstacle to your own healing?
Which of your thoughts, beliefs, actions may be getting in your way? Is your inaction or unwillingness to change an obstacle?
We all to some degree limit ourselves. What are you doing to challenge your own limitations?
Self-sabotage is part of human nature. We all have a comfort zone, for many being ill is more comfortable than being healthy. If you believe yourself to be a victim or somehow unworthy, then you may also believe that health isn't your right.
If you haven't made peace with herpes in your heart and head then you have been unwilling to lay the foundation for overcoming herpes.
Self-criticism isn't the most comfrotable thing to do. But exanding your comfort zone is empowering. Being able to take an unflinching inventory of yourself is emancipating.
Please don't be your own worse herpes enemy.
