Fasting Day 4 by lanaray .....

Fasting Day 4

Date:   9/18/2005 6:30:02 PM ( 19 y ago)

9/18 - Dry fasted until 10am then broke with the oj - did not sleep well at all last night. Little seth man was having trouble breathing (cheese pizza believed to be main culprit) and I kept wanting to listen to him to make sure he was o.k. and move him around when he started having too much trouble. By the time he was doing o.k. (my nerves were settled), i was wide awake. Decided to do an enema in the wee hours (about 4am) but noticed that the enema bag was icky with mold or something else gnarly. Apparently i neglected to sanitize it properly at the end of my last fast. So much for that thing - in the trash it went. will need to get a new one, preferably with clear everything so as to keep an eye on any nasties that might be housed within. Was thinking about hot dogs today - what i would have on mine if i were having one (fam is) - then realized what i was doing and read one of my fasting books instead. My the mind does tend to wander if left unchecked.

Was able to skin brush my neck, arms, chest and tummy before seth decided that was enough. I will attempt to skin brush as often as possible in little bits and pieces. Had a little nap in late afternoon with seth - only about 30 minutes or so, not too tired.

So far I've noticed the following fasting induced changes:
-feet do not hurt nearly as bad at the end of the day
-floorboards hardly creak when i walk around upstairs now
-my body does not feel so achey and stiff when i get up in the mornings (mainly was noticed when going down the stairs
-eyes are gooping up a lot overnight

Intake-
fresh oj
popsicle (i know but seth wanted one and then didn't after about 3 licks - and i hate to waste things - plus it was frozen liquid, right? excuses excuses.)
tea
fresh V(ummm, let's see-tomato, onion, parsley, cuke, red pepper & carrot)6 juice - so good!
apple cider

Weight - 208
