true and truth

From Carolyn Myss: what's true is a transitory thing it is from below. Its an immediate thing and from your own perspective thru your own filters. Below as in earthly or terrestrial.

Truth is from above and universal and eternal and not in the boundaries of time limits.

Not the same meaning from those words.
