metaphor for life's experiences

A metaphor for life's experiences I was given today.
I enjoy and become healthy and strong with the kind of exercise that is not too physically exhausting and challenging. I like walking, some running, some weightlifting - lower weights and more repetitions, yoga, rollerblading, dancing etc.
Its been beneficial so far for me.
And that's how my life experiences have been thus far as well - not terribly difficult or exhausting - just building and consistent over time.

There are some body types out there that require something different. Some require things like running long distances or mountain climbing or riding horses to keep them in peak condition and some require the kind of weight lifting that uses very heavy weights and low repetitions. It's not a pleasant workout while its happening. It requires focus and sweat and its very difficult. Over time this is just what some people need for building strength and optimal health.

If we all didn't have an individually perfect routine for our health, then we would not have optimum health. And its different for each person.

That's the metaphor for our experiences. That's why we can all give thanks and gratitude for exactly what we experience in life. Its an individualized training program by the most knowledgeable personal trainer we could ever have. Those who have seemingly endless challenges or very very difficult circumstances to deal with need these things to build the strength they need to be saved. Lesser weight is not enough. Its all fair, and its all perfect.
