EFT, yoga meditation

I have been thinking and pondering how to bring meridian tapping into the yoga class on a regular basis without focusing on a particular person and thus ignoring the rest of the class. I have come up with a meditation that we will begin every class with - that I'm in charge of anyway. Here it is:

Meridian Tapping Meditation

1. Karate chop point: Even tho my body has its own personal illnesses and limitation, I completely accept myself.

Even tho my body is not perfect and sometimes I feel like its falling apart or betraying my, I completely accept myself.

Even tho I’m not sure how my body can be whole, I still love and accept myself without judgment.

2. Tapping on meridian points: • I have my own injuries and issues and I choose to let this yoga practice begin or continue the process of healing those.

• If its difficult to take an unrestricted deep breath, I choose to let my lungs and airway relax and oxygen easily be absorbed into all my cells.

• If I don’t feel strong today, I choose to let my body release energy and whatever else my bones and muscles need to let me be strong in my practice today.

• If my tissues are tight, I choose to let them relax and release so I can be more flexible today.

• If I don’t have good balance , I choose to let my mind be focused and have my body be calm and more balanced today.

• I choose to let my body absorb all the goodness from each pose today.

• I am grateful for all my body organs and systems and choose to have them running at peak efficiency and that during the practice today my body will release all the vitamins and minerals and substances my organs and systems need to heal and run perfectly well.

• I choose to honor my limitations and weaknesses •
