Update since Prt, 5. Providing personal chef services for a client.

In part 5 I reported that I had just interviewed with my potential client. It is about 49 days later and I have been providing transformative chef services for my client ever since! It is a great match as my client is very motivated to stay on track with the new nourishing program I am offering. As early as week one my client has noticed health improvements and the benefits have continued each and every week with new improvements reported even today! There is nothing like providing health improvement services that are so appreciated as I am getting now with this client! This is definitely what I was asking for!

With all the positive changes I am hearing from my client, I am beginning to think of the next step in possibly duplicating the "program". I have thought of training people wanting to become personal chefs using "Nourishing Traditions" as their guide. A companion reference is "The Fourfold Path to Healing" by Dr. Tom Cowan. These two work together for developing a healthy/nourishing nutrition-therapy program.

Following is a basic menu for one of the diet plans in "The Fourfold Path to Healing" with my added recommendations:

Diet Plan B

Breakfast:
Start with 1 cup fruit,

1/2 cup (measured uncooked) cooked oatmeal OR other whole grain (pre-soaked overnight),

4 ounces (1/2 cup) animal protein and fat,
[i.e. chicken, lamb, beef, fish (especially wild salmon) whole eggs (and never just the whites)]


Lunch:
1 cup raw vegetables with dressing containing 1 Tbs. oil,

1 cup cooked vegetables with 1 Tbs. butter,

clear broth soup,
4 ounces (1/2 cup) animal protein and fat,

Dinner:
1 cup fruit,

Followed by the same genera lunch menu with the addition of:
"sauerkraut".
