Good Morning! by watergirl .....

Just rolled out of bed. I feel great save for the tickle on my right tonsil. The cough is actually productive today and not that horrible dry hacking it was yesterday. My voice is wrecked, but it doesn't affect how I feel. Last night, I achieved a moment of clarity while reading here. I haven't had one of these in a long time, unfortunately. Anyway, here's what was "so clear."

Just rolled out of bed.  I feel great save for the tickle on my right tonsil.  The cough is actually productive today and not that horrible dry hacking it was yesterday.  My voice is wrecked, but it doesn't affect how I feel.

Last night, I achieved a moment of clarity while reading here.  I haven't had one of these in a long time, unfortunately.  Anyway, here's what was "so clear."

A daily outline for the next week (or two if I can make it!):

P&B Shake upon rising.
32 oz water.
Hot lemon water.
Concentrate on removing all processed food and eating mainly fruit and veggies.
Absolutely no dairy.
Vitamins/supplements
64 more ounces of water throughout the day.
No eating after 6pm.
Herbal tea after 6pm.
P&B Shake before bed.

I'm going to research the Blood Type AB diet a bit more, too.
